The First Judicial District Court is seeking an Official Court Reporter. The First Judicial District covers Laramie County with a new judge being appointed by May 11, 2025. The court is one of general jurisdiction and presides over felony criminal cases, large dollar civil cases, domestic relations, juvenile, probate, and other matters. This at-will position is to be full-time and on-site. The First Judicial District is comprised of four judges and their respective reporters who work exclusively for their hiring judge.

The Eighth Judicial District Court is seeking an Official Court Reporter for the Honorable Edward Buchanan. The court is one of general jurisdiction and presides over felony criminal cases, large dollar civil cases, domestic relations, juvenile, probate, and other matters. This at-will position is full-time and on-site, with some allowance for remote work depending on court workflow. The Eighth Judicial District covers Goshen, Platte, Niobrara, and Converse Counties. The Eighth Judicial District is comprised of two judges and their respective reporters who work exclusively for their hiring judge. The judges sit in Goshen and Converse Counties but are also assigned cases in Platte and Niobrara Counties on a rotating basis. However, most cases for this position occur in Torrington, Wyoming.

T&T Reporting is a well-established, reporter-owned firm seeking certified court reporters to join our top-notch team in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Freelance reporter duties include covering depositions in-person and remotely using various video conference platforms (equipment provided); transcribing audio recordings of court proceedings, interviews, etc.; maintaining exhibits before, during, and after the deposition; effective verbal and written communication with attorneys, support staff, and production team.
Freelance reporter would need own transportation in order to travel to surrounding area. Reporter will also need to provide all equipment necessary to record and transcribe proceedings. Idaho or National certification (or temporary certificate) is required. Real Time certification is helpful, but not required. You will be required to register as a Notary Public.
