ICRA Mission Statement

The Idaho Court Reporters Association’s mission is to uphold and serve the legal profession and the people of the State of Idaho through stenographically reporting the spoken word. The Idaho Court Reporters Association shall also represent the legal community professionally, ethically, and with the highest moral standards while maintaining confidentiality of the proceedings. The Idaho Court Reporters Association members shall also encourage and promote the court reporting profession through mentoring court reporting students regarding realtime reporting, Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART), and broadcast captioning.
